Service Program Eligibility Guidelines

People Working Cooperatively clients qualify based on their income level, where they live, and what type of services they need. The average PWC client earns less than $13,500 a year and typically faces challenges due to illness, disability, job loss or other circumstances.

Following are general guidelines of program qualifications:

Energy Conservation (Weatherization)

 

Weatherization Program

  • Homeowners and renters that live in Hamilton County and the City of Cincinnati may heat with gas, electric, oil, propane and wood
  • In some cases, bill must be in household member’s name
  • Homeowners or renters may qualify
