Please Consider Making a Gift to PWC's Annual Support Campaign

For over 40 years, PWC has been changing the lives of people in 20 counties in southwestern Ohio, northern Kentucky, and southeastern Indiana. We could not continue this work if not for the generous donations received during our Annual Support Campaign.

Individuals such as Adriane of Madisonville. Being a single working mother comes with its own set of challenges, but Adriane’s first priority has always been keeping her daughter in a stable home. With no family nearby, Adriane had relied on her neighbors for help with home repairs, but her problems began piling up. Both her kitchen and bathroom sinks were backed up and inoperable, her only toilet was leaking, her front steps were crumbling and unsafe and there were no working lights in her kitchen, bedrooms or hallway. Worst of all, the electrical service line was coming detached and pulling away from the house, creating a severe safety hazard. It was getting harder and harder to live in their home, and the issues were beyond both her neighbor’s expertise and her ability to pay for the repairs. With nowhere left to turn, Adriane knew it was time to reach out to PWC. Fortunately, with the help of volunteers and licensed staff, PWC was able to replace the lights, fix the plumbing, repair the steps, secure the electrical line and restore safety to this family’s home once again.

Adriane’s story is not unique. Thousands of our low-income neighbors need critical home repairs and modifications to help stay safely in their homes. PWC’s Annual Support Campaign raises critical, flexible dollars that can be used where the need is greatest. In this case, your support provided help for Adriane and her daughter through PWC’s Volunteer Program. Our Annual Campaign goal for 2017 is $175,000.

How Can I Donate?

There are a number of ways to support PWC, including our annual support campaign, endowment, memorial gifts, or a planned gift. We also have a new bequest program, The 1975 Legacy Society.
