COVID-19 Updates on Services

People Working Cooperatively recognizes the critical role our services play in the communities we serve. We, like you, continue to closely monitor updates from local, state, and federal public health officials regarding the spread of the COVID-19 virus to ensure we are taking the preventive measures necessary to keep our valued clients and employees safe.

At this time, PWC remains committed to strengthening communities by providing repair, weatherization, and modification services to our neighbors in need. However, in accordance with CDC guidelines and in an effort to flatten the curve of exposure and illness, we are focusing our services on the most time-sensitive, emergency repairs our most vulnerable neighbors in need require in order to stay safely in their homes. Our trained technicians will only enter client homes when repairs require it, wearing protective gear, and practicing PWC’s hygiene standards. Other non-emergency services may be temporarily suspended to a later date based on directives from government and public health officials.

We ask that clients do not visit the PWC office at this time and to reach out to us by phone at (513) 351-7921. Every year, PWC provides critical and emergency home repairs to thousands of low-income, elderly, and disabled homeowners. Our senior homeowners and those living with disabilities who are in need of serious emergency home repairs have no other options. Now, more than ever, they are concerned about what to do and need PWC’s trusted help. To continue to meet these needs, especially in this time of uncertainty, we need your support. Please consider making a donation today to help us continue to serve those who need our assistance most: http://bit.ly/DonateToPWC
