What is People Working Cooperatively?
People Working Cooperatively is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing
critical home repairs and services to low-income homeowners. PWC works to stabilize
and strengthen communities by keeping individuals in their home living independently
in a safe, sound environment.

What is the goal of PWC's fundraising?
PWC serves clients who have no other resources to make their home safe and livable.
Your financial support allows PWC to meet the true needs of our clients not otherwise
met by traditional funding sources.
What services does PWC provide?
PWC's licensed and trained service professionals make critical and emergency home
repairs and thousands of volunteers make simple home repairs for income-qualified
homeowners. PWC also performs energy-saving weatherization and mobility modification
services for qualified homeowners.
Who are PWC's clients?
PWC serves very low-income homeowners and some renters with home repairs and services
in 13 counties surrounding the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. PWC
clients must meet income qualifications to be eligible for PWC services.
What is the minimum qualification for assistance?
PWC clients must meet very specific income guidelines to be eligible for our services
and programs. These guidelines vary by municipality and by funder so it's best to
contact us for more information.
How can I become a volunteer?
The PWC Volunteer Involvement Program (VIP) is host to a wide range of projects
that benefit clients in a variety of ways. Volunteers can team up with other workers
during the week or for major PWC events, you can create
a personal schedule, or simply show up on the third Saturday of each month when
PWC hosts Home Improvement Day. Contact us today for more information.
